Head Chef Insup Kim has outdone himself by creating a seafood-focused menu that celebrates all the delights of the ocean.

Pescetarians will rejoice in this feast that perfectly encapsulates the delicate harmony between traditional Korean flavours and the freshest seafood caught locally that day.

Whet your appetite with Trevally served raw with apple, horseradish, and autumn citrus. Then, enjoy the taste sensation that is our catch of the day served with braised radish, Jerusalem artichoke, and dehydrated mussel.

Those with adventurous taste buds will relish our Calamari 'Sujebi' with brussel sprout kimchi and ricotta. And die-hard Jung Sung fans will be pleased to know that our Moreton Bay Bug Two Ways sits front and centre on the seafood menu.
